For me, this year was so busy that I was actually afraid that I wasn’t going to make it to 50,000 words. It was such a busy year with so much going on that making time to write was actually hard. I’ve never had so much going on at this one time of year that I was surprised I made it. But thanks to tons of caffeine and weekend marathons of writing, I was able to complete my 50,000 words on time, even with the late start.
Now that my brain has been thoroughly fried, it’s time to take some time off from writing and do something that doesn’t take less brain power. Since I pretty much neglected my website all year while I tried to complete Shattered, I decided to give the website a makeover, so that’s why things look a little different now. I thought this theme was a little more cleaner and easier to read so I thought I’d give it a try.
I also started posting Shattered to the website. It’s still very raw and I’m working on a few parts so I’ll be posting it up over a period of time. But right now, the Prologue and Chapters One thru Four are up. You can now find it in the drop down menu under Broken.
So that’s it for now. I’ll hopefully be posting more to Shattered in a bit, so be on the lookout for them. And because I just discovered the greatness of Google Photo Assistant, here’s a picture Google Photo stylized for me.
